Payments can be made by credit card by clicking on the "Pay Now" button below, you will be directed to PayPal where your secure transaction will take place. Payments may also be made via Direct Deposit, contact us for details.
If you are insecure about online payments you may print out the credit card authorization form, fax it back to us, and we will process it for you. This form can also be used for ordering of Extra's Packs. If you have any trouble printing this form contact us and we will email one to you.
