On arrival at the Darwin Airport it is often hard to find a taxi, some guests have waited up to 2hrs to get a taxi from the Darwin Airport! We recommend that you pre-book your transport from the Darwin Airport to the Darwin Wharf Escape Holiday Apartments.
We are happy to assist you in arranging a personal Private Hire Car Service that will pick you up at the airport, the driver will hold a sign with your name on it, meet and greet you and assist you with your luggage. You will then be escorted to your private hire car and taken to the Darwin Wharf Escape Holiday Apartments. On arrival at the apartments the driver will help you with your luggage and show you to your elevator entrance, he will also supply you with the keys to the apartment.
For late night/early morning arrivals (12am - 6.30am) – We can offer you a 50% Discount on the one way arrival rate, so that you pay only $30 for a Sedan and $45 for the Luxury transit bus (same price as a taxi) and we will cover the balance.

These prices are very reasonable, considering it will cost you $35-$40 for a normal taxi, if you can get one! They will not help with your luggage either or wait for you if your flight us delayed.
