50% deposit** must be paid within 48hrs of booking confirmation to secure booking and full payment must be received 4 weeks before check in.
For stays from 4wks and up to 3mths a 2wk deposit must be received to secure your booking and payments must be made in advance every 2wks from date of check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
**If you would like to discuss a different deposit percentage and time frame, please contact us, as we are very flexible.

We require all guests to print a copy of the credit card authorization form and fax it back to us before arrival, this is to cover any damages and excess cleaning - if any, after departure.
