Standard Rates range from $275 - $550 per night depending on the time of the year, based on a minimum 4 night stay.
Short Stay Rates - less than 4 nights:

Nightly, 1 night only - up to 6 Guests:
Indefinite price for all periods: $1500 per night
Nightly, 2 nights only - up to 6 Guests
Low season: 1st Sept - 31 March: $750 per night
High season 1 April - 31 Aug: $1100 per night
Nightly, 3 nights only - up to 6 Guests
Low season: 1st Sept - 31 March: $500 per night
High season 1 April - 31 Aug: $750 per night
50% deposit** must be paid within 48hrs of booking confirmation to secure booking and full payment must be received 4 weeks before check in.
For stays from 4wks and up to 3mths a 2wk deposit must be received to secure your booking and payments must be made in advance every 2wks from date of check-in, unless otherwise agreed.
**If you would like to discuss a different deposit percentage and time frame, please contact us, as we are very flexible.
We require all guests to print a copy of the credit card authorization form and fax it back to us before arrival, this is to cover any damages and excess cleaning - if any, after departure.
