All kids packs, DVD packs and fishing packs are free with either the record of a valid credit card on arrival or by printing the credit card authorization form now and faxing it back to us, or by refundable holding deposit on arrival. Deposit is held until all contents are accounted for, the cost for any contents that are unaccountable or damaged (excluding reasonable wear and tear) will be deducted from the deposit or the recorded valid credit card. All contents of the Kids Packs, DVD and Fishing Extra's packs (except bait !) shall remain property of Darwin Wharf Escape Holiday Apartments, unless otherwise agreed. A receipt for the replacement costs will be forwarded to the guest, as we do not in any way wish to profit from these "Extra's Packs", they are offered purely for your convenience and enjoyment.
