Beach Holiday Features
Beach Escape has 2 large bedrooms, and 1 main bathroom, and is able to accommodate up to 4Adults and 2-3 children. Bedding configuration includes 1 Queen size Bed and 2 single beds that can be converted to a king size bed, the "L" shaped chaise lounge is suitable for sleeping 2-3 children, if needed. Quality linen is provided for your stay, as well as quality bathroom towels and beach towels.
All bedrooms and internal living areas have air-conditioning with separate temperature controls for each room.
Beach Escape features a fully equipped kitchen including: electric oven and cook top, fridge, microwave and some small appliances. There is also a utility cupboard, located in the outside laundry, where you will find the ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.
There is an external undercover laundry, fitted with a washing machine and sink. There are 2 large clothes lines fitted at the back wall, out of sight.
The open plan lounge area features quality, comfortable modern furniture with a 32" LCD TV.
Austar Entertainment and Broadband Wireless Internet also available free of charge. There are DVD packs for adults and children also available upon request. There are also fishing reels, tackle box and BBQ available on request.
We have many convenient items available free of charge for families with young children.
On request we have : 1 x basic stroller, 1 x pram with 4 x pneumatic wheels and reversible handle suitable for newborn +, 1 x high chair, 2 x Children's flip out sofa's (advise boy/girl), 1 x port-a-cot.
All items are subject to availability.
The outdoor alfresco dining setting comfortably seats 4 and there are 2 sun lounges by the spa.
Weekly cleaning service available if required, price $300 - 3 hrs vacant needed..
There is undercover parking for one vehicle, with extra parking available in the visitor parking.

Casuarina Beach is a short stroll away, offering spectacular picnic spots and colourful sunsets. Here you will find picnic benches and walking trails where you can observe the natural wildlife and plant species, there are abundant quiet spaces to relax and unwind.
Guests can walk, cycle or jog along the Casuarina Beach foreshore, enjoying spectacular views, while experiencing fish and bird life.
There are great fishing spots all along the beach side or at the Rapid Creek Bridge, which is a 5 minute walk down the left side of Casuarina Beach. On the right side of the beach you can find the famous "Free/Nudist Beach" it is a good 5-10 minute walk down the beach, hidden from sight.
A short drive will take you to Darwin's CBD, Darwin Wharf Precinct & Darwin Convention centre, Mindil beach markets, Sky City Casino and the world acclaimed Fannie Bay racetrack, Leanyer Water Park and Crocodyllus Park. Beach Escape is the perfect base to explore the top-end and return to your own private paradise at the end of the day.
Litchfield Park is 1hr’s drive and an easy day trip. Kakadu is 3hrs away. There are many fishing charters also available, departing from Cullen Bay.
Darwin has a vibrant multicultural community, with excellent markets at Mindil Beach (Thursday and Sunday evenings in the dry season) and Parap, Night Cliff and Rapid Creek (every Saturday and Sunday mornings). There are many quality art galleries which feature local contemporary and indigenous art.
