Terms:
50% deposit** must be paid within 48hrs of booking confirmation to secure booking and full payment must be received 4 weeks before check in.

For stays of 2-6 months a 4wk deposit must be received to secure your booking and payments must be made in advance every 2wks from date of check-in, unless otherwise agreed. 4 week Bond must also be paid on or before arrival.  Full payment can also be made before arrival, in this case no bond would be required.

For stays 7 months - 1yr a 4 week deposit must be received to secure your booking and payments must be made in advance every 2wks thereafter, unless otherwise agreed.  4 week Bond must also be paid on or before arrival.   Full payment can also be made before arrival, in this case no bond would be required.
